That landing just blew my head!

You’d think 2 things after seeing this photo;

1) Is it AerArran ?

2) Is it photoshopped?

Nope and Nope. It’s one of the smallest runways in the world and with that has a very small approach and is on the island of Saint-Barthélemy, or St Barts, in the French West Indies.

Despite the apparent dangers, there have been only two fatal accidents at the airport over the years.

Ah well at least they count the dead people i guess! I’d say the guy in the convertible mini is SHITTING it!

I actually live right next to Aer Arainn airport and it scares the bejesus when it’s flying down to land and clears my house by about 10 meters. Not a pleasant way to wake up.
