Neil Delamere – Vicar Street 07-03-08

Friday night myself and Mrs Ben headed into town for a bit of grub and to head along to the last of my christmas presents, tickets to see Neil Delamere in Vicar Street. You might know Neil from his regular stint on The Panel or which ever teddy he is in the Lotto Ads.
Part of the present was the tickets to the show and his latest DVD ‘No Message’ which to be honest i didn’t think it was all that great.
Any doubt i had about how good he was was soon put to rest and he had the whole place in stitches. One of Neil’s good elements is how he interacts with the crowd. I wouldn’t recommend sitting in the front row. There aren’t a lot of comedians who can take the piss but not be vicious with it and Neil is one of them, they aren’t to be laughed at but more like that they are part of the show.
If you get the chance to see him live this year i recommend you get a ticket but for me personally the DVD wasn’t the ticket!
